- I have been a fat chick most of my life. Exercise can be difficult to me due to back surgery I had as a kid. It is also a great excuse not to do it. Now I am on a journey to find what works for me to not be a fat chick any more. I am a housewife with no children, taking care of my senior citizen father with my husband and 4 pets (3 cats and 1 dog).
